UzNEX, Uzbekistan’s first government-licensed digital asset trading platform, has appointed Ellena Ki as its new Chief Partnerships Officer (CPO), effective June 2025. This appointment marks a strategic move by UzNEX to strengthen global partnerships and accelerate its international expansion.
With over 15 years of experience in traditional finance, including roles at Euroclear Bank, a JP Morgan subsidiary, Ellena Ki has deep expertise in cross-border settlements and securities services. She has also led global partnership efforts at major Web3 companies such as Infinity Blockchain Labs and Moonstake, which became a top-3 global staking provider with $2 billion in TVL. Her collaborations span leading blockchain projects including Tether, TRON, Cardano, and Tezos.
Notably, Ellena Ki played a key role in partnering with the Uzbekistan government in 2018 through the Infinito Wallet project, aiming to integrate blockchain into national healthcare, education, treasury, and social welfare systems.
As CPO, she will oversee global business development, represent UzNEX at key industry and governmental events, and foster communication with global stakeholders.
