Other traditions include drinking tea and enjoying pastries. This culture is pervasive in a lot of popular culture, and being able to experience this yourself will be a great experience. Many other countries cannot claim this, and having free healthcare could literally be a lifesaver one day. In other countries, healthcare can be expensive (especially the US) and often unaffordable for people. Within the UK, the residents are lucky to have access to healthcare for free and a top of the line level of healthcare too.
