Who is Dan Lee?
Dan Lee currently runs his own real estate agency with over 1.5 billion in sales and only six years in business operations. He built this rapid growth by pushing his social media reach. He primarily did this through the entertaining videos that have led him to go from entrepreneur to influencer as well.
These videos are something that hasn’t been seen in the real estate world, as he works to build vignettes through video while at the same time still being able to showcase the property and explain all the relevant and critical components of that property.
From the Ground Up
Dan started all of this in his apartment with his best friend. It wasn’t about going the traditional route of real estate agents but going a path where it was more of an experience, packed with accurate knowledge of the listings. This helped bring a new visual medium for potential home buyers, developers and investors.
Dan himself attributes this success to starting as small as possible and growing only when it became viable to do so in a sustainable manner. He also owes it to his initial handpicked staff and growing company that now has 45 employees. This has led him to be a finalist for large agency of the year and a finalist twice for industry salesperson of the year. All of this was within his area of Brisbane, Australia.
Learning becomes opportunity
Dan also did an excellent job of learning from his mistakes and hardships early on. For example, when his company ran out of funds early on, he borrowed where needed and pushed the team to close big sales to keep the business running. Even when he faced limitations and legal actions with his workplace early on, he used it to get a place that helped him with a rapid expansion strategy.
Where will Dan go next?
