Joey Klein, Founder of Inner Matrix Systems, Discusses How to Reframe Failure to Move Forward

Failures: the mistakes that show us what we need to do to succeed. If framed well, mistakes or failures can be viewed as a learning experience, one that will lead you to the outcome or goal you’re after. When you make a mistake or experience failure, it’s important to find the emotional and mental strategies to stay the course toward the outcome you know is necessary.

Joey Klein is the CEO of Inner Matrix Systems, a personal mastery training system for high achievers. Here is his step-by-step approach for reframing failure to turn our setbacks into valuable tools to reach our goals.

Step 1: Focus on Your Vision

Focus. Remind yourself what you’re working towards. Failure can derail your goals if you allow yourself to get lost in a fear-based state. Mindfulness meditation or other inner training methods can help you become aware of your emotions and leverage them to create what you want. Remind yourself why you were doing this in the first place—not just what the goal itself is, but how achieving that goal will affect other aspects of your life.

Use visualization techniques to reduce anxiety and harness your motivation. Mental imagery trains your brain for real performance, particularly motor control, attention, perception, planning, and memory functions. Picture yourself achieving your goal and how that will feel. Really visualize all the related positive outcomes that will snowball once you hit that first milestone. Creating a crystal-clear vision for your life can help when you’re really in the lurch by physically forcing you to visualize your future successes.

Step 2: Pros and Cons

Once you have focused on the vision and the benchmark you wanted to fulfill and your emotions align with that outcome—it’s time to get down to business. Failure is a huge opportunity to collect data points to make your endeavors successful in the future.

First, focus on what went well: what went well in this circumstance? For example, maybe you were just turned down for a promotion, but taking the initiative to make a positive change in your life is a huge plus that you will be able to carry forward in your goal achievement process.  By doing this, you can get your attention off of the problems and the things that weren’t working and start getting your focus and attention on the things that were working.

Now for some brutal honesty: what could have been optimized? Learning from failure is critical to understanding where you’re hitting the mark in terms of fulfilling your vision/outcome and where you’re missing it.

Step 3: Integrate Your Findings

At this point, you have the data you need to make a new plan and integrate what you learned from analyzing your situation in the previous step. Learning to shift our perspective can be tricky, though. We have subconscious inclinations to react to situations in the same way. By aligning our emotions with the outcome we want to achieve and working toward that, we can break out of ineffective thought strategies.

Step 4: Repeat

You had a setback, figured out how to optimize your strategy to move forward, and implemented your results into your current routine. And then, guess what? Another setback. But we know now that that’s okay because our setbacks help us understand how to become better, stronger, and more unstoppable than before. With every setback, we have the opportunity to become closer to achieving our goals. Continually name your vision and practice these steps to move towards your dream until it is fulfilled.

MSM Performance Academy’s Coach Leo Goldman Takes Athletes from 0 to 100 Using 3 Training Stages

Coach Leo Goldman, of MSM Performance Academy, staunchly believes that training and development takes years, no matter what social media influencers tell you.

His training methods include personal assessments, long-term development planning, optimized nutrition, and improved mindset, in stark opposition to the current culture of social media workouts designed for aesthetics over functionality.

His role with MSM Performance Academy is a premium service to the organization’s lineup and will be included in the Jordan Year Challenge, an abbreviated, yet hyperfocused version of their standard training program. Their first project built beneath The MSM Foundation.

With a focus on helping athletes obtain peak performance, essentially going from 0 to 100, the coach provides resources on a wide range of health topics including nutritional guidance, injury prevention, recovery, assessments, nutrition, a positive mentality, and mobility.

As part of the program’s mind training, Coach Leo provides pro-mentality sessions that let his clients ‘get right’ before getting physical. He emphasizes awareness over beliefs, self-reflection, visualization, routines, and communication.

“Your vision will drive you to do anything,” he said. “It’s not willpower at that point. It’s just passion.”

From gymnastics to martial arts, soccer, baseball, football, wrestling, tennis, skiing, and snowboarding, Coach Leo is a lover of all sports. “Sports taught me that, even if I was terrible at something, if I put in enough effort, results would soon follow. I became the hardest worker on every team I was on. Never the most talented, but always the most improved,” he said of his stick-to-it mindset.

A body engaged in so many sports soon developed knee pain stemming from a condition called Osgood Schlatters. Upon getting this devastating news, Coach Leo was advised to play fewer sports with less frequency and go on pain medication, but he couldn’t see that happening. So, he set out to solve his problems on his own, locating Olympic strength coach Charles Poliquin to learn from.

We sat down with the multi-talented coach to learn about his signature three-stage process for taking athletes from zero to 100.

Stage 1: Development

In this phase, Coach Leo teaches his clients some basics about short-term versus long-term development and why speed training should always come last.

Clients, for their part, are often shocked at what they learn in this stage, even if they’ve been athletes since childhood.

“I explain to them that what they are likely doing now is developing power without understanding how power develops — which is by force multiplied by velocity. Velocity is speed training, while force is strength training,” he said.

He went on to provide an example, detailing how every athlete develops compensations, weaknesses, or imbalances in their body that are unique to both their own makeup and their sport of choice. To break his example down into even more practical terms, he said, “Any person that makes 20 more passes with their right foot forward than their left, their body will already start creating compensations.”

Coach Leo provides corrective training for these common imbalances, addressing them as early as possible to avoid future injuries.

Stage 2: Long-Term Training

Coach Leo’s long-term training focuses on the progression model, which essentially breaks fitness down into three areas of improvement. First, his clients focus on isolating their weaknesses. Next, they integrate bigger movement patterns. Lastly, they move into accelerated power work that will help them reach their fitness goals.

To initially locate weaknesses, as well as strengths, MSM Performance Academy uses biomechanical assessments to reveal imbalances in their body. From there, they know where to start creating their training plan and what to focus on.

The program will include mobility sequences tailored to the client’s sport and complement the biomechanical assessment. It also comprises three types of isometric training: concentric shortening of muscles, eccentric lengthening, and isometric contraction holds.

This style forces athletes to hold positions at the hardest part of a range of motion to improve strength, balance, and mobility.

Stage 3: Strength Training

Most coaches and clients begin strength training the first time they meet. However, reaching Stage 3 with Coach Leo typically takes about three months of work, beginning with the mindset training.

“Athletes need to conquer their mental health aspects first to optimize the results of this program,” he said.

It’s not until this stage that athletes begin developing the ‘force’ part of the athletic formula. “Velocity is speed training, and force is strength training. However, you need to develop force before velocity. Most athletes aren’t getting the results they want because they aren’t focused enough on force. But you need to get to the right place before you develop force,” he said.

Coach Leo is currently offering a version of his strength training and development program alongside the Jordan Year Challenge. Visit the MSM Performance Academy website to learn more.

Houzen: This online platform will let a computer scan and value your house better than a human would

Do you have a Google Lens app on your phone? In case you haven’t heard of it, it’s an app that uses Computer Vision to scan and analyse anything. You point your camera at someone’s handbag while passing them on the street – and in 2 seconds you have the full information about the brand and model of the bag, its price and a link to a shop that offers it with a promotional price. That’s Computer Vision in a nutshell. Computer Vision – after Artificial Intelligence – is the recent hot keyword of the tech industry.

While Google creates more and more experiences like this, the real estate industry is still sticking to old and slow ways to deal with buying and selling properties. If you’ve ever been in a position to buy or sell a home, you probably know what it means – a slow, manual process, with mostly… waiting time for someone to reply to your email, print a document or come to your place to assess and value it.

Saurabh Saxena
Saurabh Saxena

In 2020, during the deep lockdown phase, Saurabh Saxena, a tech entrepreneur based in London, decided to do something about it. His idea was to implement parts of Computer Vision in a process of home valuation – and make it even better than a traditional, “human” way.

Just like Google Lens, his app scans all the available pictures of a property – both interior and exterior, and “looks” at every little detail of it. Is the ceiling tall? Is the garden large? What’s the quality of the furniture?

Is there any sustainable feature visible, like solar panels or thermostats? And then compares it with the homes in the area.

The result is a price recommendation that comes with specific tips: fork out 550 for a solar panel installation and you might increase home’s value by 4,000 instantly. Or “repaint the wall in natural colours to get approximately 25% more offers”. Saurabh’s company, houzen, launched a Computer Vision valuation tool in June 2021, after 5 months of constant engineering and data science work.

We sat down with Saurabh to talk about how computer vision may change real estate for good and if any other industries could follow suit.

Buying a residential property in the UK is commonly considered quite a headache in the UK  . What are the common issues investors usually face while purchasing a residential property?

I’d say after speaking to hundreds of investors, it all comes down to 1) time needed to find and manage the investment, as well as 2) Uncertainty of returns. The lack of transparency causes a general lack of certainty in realising returns, which normally happens far in the future. The property market is not like gold or trading stocks, where the value is real and it can be traded instantly. Typically when you buy a property, it’s considered illiquid, and you buy it for a long time. The general lack of data in the property industry creates an opportunity for price negotiation, which elongates the whole process. It creates the opportunity of the pricing being led purely by demand, and the opportunity for buyers to get duped quite easily by brokers or developers. Price setting or price standardization is a general way to make markets more efficient and trusting.

houzen

For example, if you were going to plumbing service and there was a website or a plumber that would just tell you the price of the service instantly, you would feel more certain about the service rather than waiting for a plumber to come over and assess the case slowly while being open for negotiation. Um, and consumers will typically move towards, uh, the, you know, the fixed price setting. The problem with variable pricing is that it causes a lot of haggling and it creates room for negotiation. It creates opportunities for good salespeople to make a fool out of uninformed customers. And we see this across the board in the UK, where the lack of data causes a lot of people to not even enter the industry.

And how can technology help anyone looking to buy or sell a property in 2021 in the UK?

About 20 years ago, Rightmove was introduced, and 10 years ago, Zoopla joined the market. At that point, technology was limited to pictures and short descriptions to explain the value of the property. Nowadays, technology has evolved to “reading” pictures. Computer Vision “reads” pictures, by analysing thousands of pixels as well as algorithms in a second. It can combine a property’s interior pictures with floor plans and translate them into meaningful data. So for example, there’s an apartment in Central London posted on Zoopla and we want to find out its real value and quality. The Computer Vision algorithm can gloss through the floor plan and identify that it has two bedrooms, one garden, two bathrooms, and it’s spread over two floors. It can also assess the interior design quality, height of ceilings, state of lawn in the garden, and analyse the general quality of life in the postcode, plus safety on the streets.

By the end, you will be left with a specific price that the Computer Vision algorithm sees as fair for this flat, after analysing all these factors. What’s more, it will also give you a comparison guide: it might find out that this property has a larger size compared with 99% of units in this postcode, and also there’s only 24% of units in the area that have a garden, so this one is indeed a great deal. This set of data can be used to accurately and instantly derive the price per square foot or rent per square foot for any given property in the UK. So the impact of computer vision and general artificial intelligence is going to be improved transparency, and a lot more data analytics around the valuation and pricing, which will lead to quicker and more reliable buying and selling of properties.

How do you expect the technology to support real estate in the next 5 years?

In general, technology has not been implemented very well in real estate to date. The biggest reason is that the developers or brokers who normally use technology, are not very tech-savvy or see new solutions as a threat to their jobs. So the current usage of audio and video tools (like video viewings) is already a massive up for them in this industry. This can continue to automate and make the whole transaction process move faster in the next two to three years. The upcoming technologies include, for example, the use of blockchain. Blockchain is usually implemented whenever there’s a lot of transactions happening – in real estate it could be done through land registries. The market is very fragmented and no broker or developer has a dominant market share, which means that users will easily default to the blockchain. So it has to be owned by the land registry to ensure a full transaction overview.

The second future technology would be an advanced AI in real estate. In the current phase, AI is focused on data collection – right now most of the data in the industry are not even recorded so it’s a huge challenge to make it happen. If data will continue to be collected via video, audio, or through just general software, then over the next five years, the AI will start producing meaningful analysis, and you could start predicting which person will buy, what kind of property, what is their risk appetite and how much money they would or should allocate to real estate and how much money they could make over some time. In the commercial properties field, AI could help to calculate which of the areas to redevelop, which offices or shops should be converted to residential. So to summarise, we could go from analysis into a prediction mode – and do it in a way that brings a lot of certainty to every decision.

5 Travel Market Trends in 2021

Australia may be a long way away from any other countries, but it doesn’t stop Australians from visiting every corner of the world. The number of Australians travelling for holidays and business has been on the incline, with an average of 31 out of 100 residents travelling overseas each year. But what is it about the travel market that’s suddenly made it so popular? Let’s find out.

Experience Focused

Many people have drifted away from spending money on material goods and instead have put that money towards experiences. And what greater experience is there than exploring the planet? It can be intimidating to go to a foreign country, so in 2021 there is a huge focus on tour and activity groups. These focus on making sure tourists are safe and ensuring they see all the sights. Tour guides also know all the secret spots that most tourists wouldn’t get to see which makes the experience that bit more special.

Online Reviews

There’s nothing worse than spending money on something and finding out its not what you expected. This is especially true when it comes to travel, no one wants to spend hundreds of dollars on accommodation only to be ripped off. 9 out of 10 travellers think that reading reviews is important, and many travellers will base decisions on the reviews they read online. This trend is set to continue, and more websites are adding ‘review’ sections for travellers to leave their comments.

Mobile Bookings

Most people choose to book online rather than go into a travel agent, but there is a shift towards booking using a phone, this will continue to become more popular throughout 2018. In 2016 only 31% of bookings were made using a phone, whereas today a huge 49% of bookings are done on a phone- that’s just under half. Mobile booking will make it easier for travellers to find their next destination on the go, so this is a huge focus for the travel industry.

Gen X

When thinking about travel, the initial generation that springs to mind is millennials. However, this might not be the right approach. Its easy to forget that most millennials don’t have a huge amount of money as the majority have either just finished or are still at Uni. Who does have money? Their parents. 83% of generation X are working full time, this means they have disposable income to spend on trips abroad. In response to this, 2018 could be the change for travel companies marketing strategy- instead they will target the generation that can afford holidays.

Bye Bye Brochures

Travel companies used to sell their holidays by showing you pictures of beautiful destinations in brochures… but this has all changed. Gone are the days of expensive printing. All that’s needed now is an Instagram account and some clever social media management. Straying away from paper and instead using social media isn’t going away any time soon, so we better all get used to it.

Corey Shader Suggests Completing Your Coverage with Supplemental Insurance

While Original Medicare will cover most of what you need (80% after deductibles), there is a good chance they won’t cover everything. With Original Medicare, there are gaps that you can fill up with additional policies. For that reason, Corey Shader, founder and CEO of Insurance Pipeline, Inc., believes that supplemental insurance (also known as Medigap) could be advantageous for some Medicare beneficiaries.

Medigap Coverage

When it comes to Medicare, it’s possible to ensure you have sufficient coverage by opting for Medicare Part A (hospital insurance), Part B (medical insurance), and Part D (prescription drugs). However, even if you end up using Medicare Part C (Medicare Advantage), you could still end up with holes in your coverage that you would rather not pay out of pocket for in the end.

As the name implies, Medigap coverage (also referred to as Medicare Supplement Insurance) will cover the gaps you have with Original Medicare. Because Medigap plans are standardized by the government, you can see any doctor that accepts Original Medicare and be guaranteed the same Grade-A coverage regardless of carrier.  The only difference between carriers is the price in which they offer their plans, and this varies by state.  Be mindful of getting the best price because the benefits do not vary!

Private companies (not the government) sell Medigap. In most cases, it helps cover expenses such as the following:

  • Deductibles
  • Copayments
  • Coinsurance

Additionally, some policies will cover your medical expenses if you travel outside of the United States. Corey Shader says it’s essential to note Medigap policies will rarely cover dental care, vision care, eyeglasses, hearing aids, or long-term care.

Important Details About Medigap

If it sounds like Medigap supplemental coverage would fit your needs well, there are still some important aspects of the policies you should analyze before moving forward. Even with knowing the information below, it’s best to speak with a knowledgeable agent, such as someone from Insurance Pipeline, Inc.

Medicare Policies

To be eligible for Medigap, you must be enrolled in Medicare Part A and Medicare Part B. It is not necessary to be enrolled in Medicare Part D, however. It’s also important to note that Medigap is different from a Medicare Advantage plan, also known as Medicare Part C.

Companies and Premiums

Make sure you find out what companies are licensed to sell. To do this, it is usually best to check in with a professional. For example, an agent licensed by Insurance Pipeline, Inc. So-called “Guaranteed Issue” are essentially those rights that are backed by law, whereby a certain insurance company must offer you Medigap policies (and these vary from situation to situation).

In addition to the premiums you pay to the government for your standard Medicare coverage, you will also pay the private company a monthly premium for your Medigap coverage. Your policy is guaranteed renewable, meaning even if you encounter health issues from one month or year to the next, the insurance company cannot cancel your policy as long as you continue to pay your premiums.

Is Medigap Right for You?

If you’re still unsure whether Medigap is a reasonable supplemental insurance option for you. As an insurance consultant, he can provide you with the details and context you need to decide which plan is best.

Green Development LLC Reports on How the Airline Industry is Making Strides Towards Sustainable Energy

The airline industry: often a second thought when thinking about our contribution to global pollution. Though, given the scope of this particular mode of transportation, it’s actually no surprise that these giant mechanisms, as well as the supporting operations, utilize a significant amount of fossil fuels. As a direct result, researchers are developing state-of-the-art technologies to eliminate carbon emissions from the aviation industry, from biofuels to hydrogen fuel cells. Green Development LLC, a sustainable energy provider in Rhode Island, explains the impact of current airline operations on our environment and how evolving renewable energy technologies can be expected to change the aviation landscape.

The Extent of the Problem

While only 2.4% of global carbon dioxide emissions come from aviation, mile for mile, flying contributes the most pollution when compared to any other form of transportation. Flying is more appealing and affordable for consumers, which means that carbon dioxide contributions will continue to increase unless the industry is able to easily transition to alternative fuel sources—up to 3.5% by 2030.

It’s not just the planes; airports—particularly large international airports—generate large quantities of pollution. Between lighting, heating, and cooling, charging stations, and more, 10-15% of an airport’s budget goes to energy. On average, airports use 19.7 kilowatt-hours (kWh) of electricity and 34.7 thousand Btu of natural gas per square foot annually—almost half of which goes to lighting and cooling. The latter adds to the pollution problem by emitting hydrofluorocarbons, greenhouse gases that have high global warming potential.

Potential Sources of Aviation Biofuels

Biofuels—fuels made from plants, algae, or animal waste–were actually first tested in flight at London’s Heathrow airport in 2008, utilizing biofuel created from a combination of babassu nuts and coconuts.

The goal is to find a source of biofuel that is easy to grow in a variety of climates and has a neutral, if not positive, benefit on its surrounding ecosystem. Dwarf saltwort is a succulent capable of thriving even in the coastal deserts of Abu Dhabi; growing in its brackish water, the plant is not only a source of biofuel, but it also has a symbiotic relationship with shrimp and tilapia, which can then be harvested for food.

Researchers are also working towards recycling outputs from human activity and turning them into sources of energy. One possibility is a fermentation process that uses industrial gasses from steel mills to create jet fuel. This process effectively recycles the carbon that is already being produced from industrial sectors and is capable of capturing one-third of the carbon from steel facilities that would otherwise end up in the atmosphere. Municipal waste is another potential candidate; this works by burning combustibles—particularly paper, cardboard, food waste, grass clippings, leaves, wood, and leather products—and using the heat produced to create steam to generate electricity.

“Electrify Everything”

With an energy-density-per-unit mass that is three times higher than traditional jet fuel, hydrogen is a top contender for creating zero-emission aircraft. The California-based start-up ZeroAvia has already successfully tested a six-seater aircraft powered by hydrogen.

The most prevalent process of producing hydrogen involves using natural gas, one of the biggest sources of carbon dioxide emissions. This type of hydrogen, referred to as blue hydrogen, utilizes traditional hydrogen production techniques—optionally using a capture and storage component—in which some of the carbon dioxide produced is captured and stored underground to reduce emissions.

A more environmentally-friendly approach is the production of green hydrogen, using water electrolysis to extract hydrogen. Still, the electrolyzer technology is expensive, despite being powered by renewable energy sources such as wind and solar farms. As green energy becomes more popular, the economies of scale could change: the cheaper the electricity, the more affordable the entire operation is to run on a carbon-free diet.

Successful Attempts and Plans for the Future

Boeing, one of the largest aircraft manufacturers in the U.S., has taken the lead in sustainable aviation. Not only was it among those that called on U.K. and E.U. governments to require a minimum quantity of sustainable aviation fuel to be blended into traditional jet fuel by 2025, but the manufacturing giant also announced that it would begin producing commercial aircraft that can fly 100% on sustainable aviation biofuels by 2030.

Melbourne Airport, Australia’s second-largest airport, constructed a solar farm capable of powering all four of its passenger terminals, equivalent to approximately 15% of the airport’s total energy consumption. The solar farm took just six months to complete and is expected to deliver significant annualized energy cost savings.

Bristol Airport in the U.K. currently runs on 100% renewables—a combination of solar panels and air source heat pumps provided by a renewable energy supplier. The airport intends to be completely carbon neutral by 2025 and net-zero by 2050.

The Internet of Things refers to the connection of common objects to a network. This technology is particularly useful in motor vehicles such as cars. Linking a car to a network opens up opportunities for new features for driver safety and convenience.

Sensors in the vehicle could be used for navigation purposes and route planning, the prevention of road accidents, and detecting driver intoxication. Developments in this new technology will only further the safety and capability of our vehicles.

Hyperloop

Hyperloop is a new emerging technology that plans to introduce a new mode of rail transport with the concept of a pneumatic tube that propels vehicles at a fast speed by minimising air resistance.

The speed of the Hyperloop is estimated to be at 1,200km/h, which is significantly faster than any existing rail transport. While Hyperloop has not been secured as a project yet, it has the potential to revolutionise how we travel by introducing a new alternative for air travel.

Self-driving cars

Ever wished you didn’t have to control everything in the car and that you could just sit back and enjoy the ride? The possibility isn’t too far off, with more research into autonomous motor vehicles being conducted by the likes of Tesla and Google.

Self-driving cars have the possibility to create an easier transport experience, and could be even safer than a human-driven vehicle. The new technology also brings the opportunity of reducing fuel emissions, which has both a financial and environmental benefit.

Ride services

Here’s a big development you’ve probably been more than aware of over the past few years. Ride-sharing services such as Uber or Lyft allow users to summon a driver to their location at any time through a mobile application.

This provides huge benefits for the user, as the process of ordering a ride is extremely simple and relatively cost-effective. The business benefits of a convenient application interface and less fixed costs give these ride services an edge over the traditional taxi.

Lightweight vehicle materials

Reducing the weight of a vehicle has the ability to improve fuel economy, which has signification financial and environment benefits. This has lead for a push for vehicle manufacturers to introduce lighter materials in their car.

Despite the benefits, there are also some concerns involved with having lighter vehicle materials, such as their ability to hold up during accidents – an important safety factor. The ability to source lightweight materials at a reasonable price is also a concern for the use of such materials.

Five benefits of exercising regularly

Keeping fit is important, and it becomes harder than ever with the way modern society operates. With the increased use of technology, it is more tempting than ever to substitute exercising for lying down for your latest form of digital entertainment.

It’s more common than ever to spend an increasing amount of time sitting down, whether it’s at school, work, or on your daily commute. With the way modern life is structured, we can grow to forget the importance of exercise, even though it’s a significant part of maintaining our health.

Regular exercise can have a positive effect on your life – below are five mental and physical benefits that exercise can provide!

Improving your mood

Exercise has been shown to reduce stress and anxiety, highly improving your mood. This is because exercise affects a part of your brain that regulates such feelings. Physical activity also increases your body’s production of endorphins, which help to produce positive feelings.

Therefore, exercising regularly can provide an outlet for your mental negativity. Incorporating exercise into your weekly routine can help reduce your stress throughout your busy week.

Helping brain health

The mental benefits of exercise don’t just stop at improving your mood. Regular physical activity has also been shown to improve your memory, brain function, and ability to think.

Exercising has been shown to lead to an increase in the size of your hippocampus. It also helps to boost brain cell growth through producing hormones and helping the flow of blood and oxygen to your brain.

Science has shown it’s no longer either brawn or brains – exercise can be extremely beneficial to your mental capabilities, especially as it reduces your risk of Alzheimer’s and Schizophrenia.

Maintaining muscles and bones

Exercise is particularly important to maintain muscle and bone health as you age. Incorporating regular physical activity into your routine as you get older will help you to keep your muscle mass and function.

But don’t think that you can just skip the exercise because you’re young! Regularly exercise as a youth help reduce your chances of getting osteoporosis later in life.

Controlling your weight

Exercise is a major tool in helping you control your weight. While dieting simply controls the calories you put into your body, exercising can increase your body’s metabolic rate, which will help you to lose weight.

Physical activity can help prevent obesity and improve the health of your body.

Aiding sleep quality

Regular exercise has been shown to improve sleep quality and help you to relax. Experiments have been conducted which demonstrate the ability of exercise to help those with sleeping disorders obtain a better night’s rest.

Individuals also reported feeling more energised throughout their day due to exercise. Incorporating exercise helps you relax more and get that good night’s sleep!

There are plenty of benefits that exercise has to offer, so it is important that you try to implement physical activities into your weekly routine. It is recommended that you get at least 30 minutes of exercise daily to maintain your health!
