Clinical Study of Sebum-Free Ampoule Reveals Record-High Sebum Reduction Rate

The result of a clinical study into the effects of ‘DX Cita Du 1.6 Burning’ is attracting a lot of attention in the market. ‘DX Cita Du 1.6 Burning’ is a sebum-free ampoule developed under the CITA DU project by Demar3, a Korean cosmetic brand that is known for using wild plant ingredients.

According to the efficacy report of ‘DX Cita Du 1.6 Burning Ampoule Steps 1 and 2’ published by OATC Inc. in April 2022, ‘DX Cita Du 1.6 Burning Ampoule Steps 1 and 2’ reduced the secretion rate of sebum that causes skin problems by 71.25% on average. One of the subjects in the study showed an excellent reduction in sebum secretion with a reduction rate of 95.02%.

The sebum reduction rate of the Cita Du project is quite significant as many skin problems occur on oily skin with a relatively large amount of sebum secretion. According to an adverse reaction evaluation conducted by a dermatologist in the same month, the skin irritation index of ‘DX Cita Du 1.6 Burning Ampoule Steps 1 and 2’ was 0.02 and 0.00 respectively, suggesting it is suitable for use on sensitive, acne-prone skin. Considering that most people with oily skin complain of difficulties in using general products due to many skin troubles, the result of this clinical study of ‘DX Cita Du 1.6 Burning Ampoule’ is expected to garner more attention from consumers with oil-prone skin.

The Cita Du project is a large-scale project launched by Demar3 to help consumers improve their skin problems through intensive research on sebum and pores of problematic oily skin.

Currently, ‘DX Cita Du 1.6 Burning Ampoule Steps 1 and 2’ and ‘DX Cita Du Shield Cream’ is available in the US market through Amazon.

Bobby Kotick’s Activision Blizzard Releases Q2 2022 Report

After the close of the market on Monday, Aug. 1, Activision Blizzard released its Q2 2022 financial report. According to the official filings, during the three-month window that ended June 30, mobile games generated more than half of its revenue. CEO Bobby Kotick has been leading the video game company since Activision merged with Blizzard in 2008 and should be pleased that mobile saw a 5% increase.

According to Activision Blizzard’s Q2 2022 report, the company earned a total of $831 million from the “mobile and ancillary” branch of the video game holding company. It specified that the mobile and ancillary business “primarily include revenues from mobile devices.” As for PC gaming sales, those totaled $332 million, and console sales earned Bobby Kotick’s company $376 million.

Overall, the company earned $1.64 billion in revenue during Q2, which is down year over year from $2.29 billion in Q2 2021. It blamed less player engagement with the Call of Duty franchise for the dip, but could see a boost when Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is released on Oct. 28. After Call of Duty: Modern Warfare became the bestselling installment of the franchise, selling over 30 million copies in the first year since its release in October 2019, the 2021 installment, Call of Duty: Vanguard, experienced sluggish sales.

Free-to-Play Games Are Big Business Across Mobile Devices

Those with their finger on the pulse of the gaming industry might have predicted that the company’s mobile division would see gains, since Blizzard Entertainment’s Diablo Immortal debuted during Q2. The free-to-play game was downloaded more than 8 million times during the first two weeks following the launch. And it raked in an astounding $24 million through many in-app purchases across iOS and Android platforms.

The official report from Bobby Kotick’s Activision Blizzard attributed the dip in PC and console sales to “lower engagement for the Call of Duty franchise.” Additionally, despite the thriving mobile market, the company recently confirmed that Blizzard and NetEase scratched plans for a World of Warcraft mobile title.

“We expect to continue to deliver ongoing content for our various franchises,” states Activision CEO Bobby Kotick. He added that the company “will also continue to invest in opportunities that we believe have the potential to drive our growth over the long term, including continuing to build on our advertising initiatives and investments in mobile titles.”

CEO Bobby Kotick Advocates for Diversity

The Southern California-based company started the Level Up U training program. It’s a 12-week intensive curriculum to better develop professionals for engineering positions at the gaming company.

Level Up U program was created using money from the $250 million that the company’s investing into developing avenues into gaming and technology for people whom the gaming industry has traditionally underrepresented. Tad Leckman is the dean of the program, which consists of classroom and project-based assignments and provides access to experienced industry professionals to act as mentors.

According to a statement from Julie Hodges, the chief people officer at Activision Blizzard, “Level Up U is a unique, three-month program developed to help individuals from all backgrounds start their careers in gaming. It is designed to teach participants the basics of game development and ultimately prepare them for engineering roles within the company.”

Bobby Kotick said, “Talent and diversity have always been critical to Activision Blizzard’s success. However, the rapid growth of the industry, including our franchises, has made it clear that we need to find new ways to attract and grow talent. This is the first of many Level Up U programs, and our plan is to do other skill areas such as art and animation. I’m incredibly excited about the potential of Level Up U.”

He’s always encouraged innovation at the company. Kotick said, “The most important thing we do to encourage innovation is to give people the freedom to fail. And I think you can articulate that and establish that as a value in a lot of different ways. I don’t want to say celebrate the failures, but in a lot of respects, it’s sort of that.”

Kotick added, “We have what we call the postmortem process, really evaluating what is it that caused an outcome not to be aligned to the original expectation. And sometimes, it’s not even like an abject failure if the game just doesn’t sell. Sometimes it’s a game that doesn’t sell as well as you would have expected, or in some cases, more importantly, if it doesn’t feel like it meets the expectations of the audience.”

The King of Cracks, Dr. Jimmy Sayegh, Takes Social Media by Storm

Dr. Jimmy Sayegh, or the “King of Cracks” as many know him, has brought the chiropractic practice into the eyes of the world. His many social media accounts have rapidly gained followers reaching up to 4 million fans worldwide who are eager to learn and see more about the often misunderstood practice.

Dr. Sayegh is a first-generation Arab American who is a perfect example of the American dream. His parents came to the US from the Middle East in the hope that their kids will get to experience the American dream.

He began his practice with a dream of one day becoming a sports chiropractor. After 10 years of hard work, dedication, and a lot of education, his dream became a reality.

Dr. Sayegh first graduated with a degree in Kinesiology Sports Medicine with an emphasis in Exercise Science from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. Then, he went on to get his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Southern California University of Health Sciences, Los Angeles College of Chiropractic.

As a savvy business owner, Dr. Sayegh saw the potential of social media as a prime way to advertise his services. He explains: “With the opportunities of social media in today’s culture, your dreams and opportunities are in the palm of your hands.”

So, he began his social media campaign and branded himself as “The King of Cracks.” He started publicizing the ASMR crack sounds our bodies can make and quickly drew a lot of attention.

Dr. Sayegh explains: “The instant gratification of relief a patient experiences when they hear those crack sounds is one no one else can describe and to be able to see so many reactions is priceless.”

Unlike some fields, the chiropractic field is a diverse one that gives licensed professionals the ability to make changes in the lives of many through non-invasive treatment therapies. In 2019, Dr. Sayegh started to show his unique adjustment techniques to the world.

As a result, many chiropractors followed suit. Today, there are thousands of chiropractors on social media platforms showcasing their work.

Speaking to this phenomenon, Dr. Sayegh explains: “The fascination with crack sounds and the ability to see a treatment being performed for the exact same condition you are dealing with was one thing that helped followers resonate with our work.”

As a result of his success, Dr. Sayegh was able to work with professional athletes such as DK Metcalf and Karim Benzema. He also had the opportunity to work with celebrities, actors, directors, and musicians such as Ava DuVernay, Ross Mathews, and Larry Hernandez and Kate del Castillo.

Dr. Sayegh wants to continue to grow his business as well as mentor other PTs and massage therapists to do the same. He hopes to help grow the chiropractic field as a whole and work side by side with other medical professionals.

All in all, Dr. Sayegh’s life shows the value of hard work and dedication. For those seeking a similar path, he advises that you “find your niche, perfect it, and become the best at it. Showcase your talent for the world to see. Don’t focus so much on growth but rather show the world your special talents and one-of-a-kind characteristics.”

From Small to Large: How a Real Estate Agent Dan Lee Built an Empire Through Entertaining Real Estate Videos

0

There are some industries that people may think are immune to innovation when it comes to marketing. One of these industries tends to be real estate, as one deals with a physical property that must be shown in person. While that can be the case, it shouldn’t be the complete marketing strategy. Dan Lee helps to prove that as he’s been able to grow his entire brand awareness through social media channels, primarily Instagram and Facebook.

Who is Dan Lee?

Dan Lee currently runs his own real estate agency with over 1.5 billion in sales and only six years in business operations. He built this rapid growth by pushing his social media reach. He primarily did this through the entertaining videos that have led him to go from entrepreneur to influencer as well.

These videos are something that hasn’t been seen in the real estate world, as he works to build vignettes through video while at the same time still being able to showcase the property and explain all the relevant and critical components of that property.

From the Ground Up

Dan started all of this in his apartment with his best friend. It wasn’t about going the traditional route of real estate agents but going a path where it was more of an experience, packed with accurate knowledge of the listings. This helped bring a new visual medium for potential home buyers, developers and investors.

Dan himself attributes this success to starting as small as possible and growing only when it became viable to do so in a sustainable manner. He also owes it to his initial handpicked staff and growing company that now has 45 employees. This has led him to be a finalist for large agency of the year and a finalist twice for industry salesperson of the year. All of this was within his area of Brisbane, Australia.

Learning becomes opportunity

Dan also did an excellent job of learning from his mistakes and hardships early on. For example, when his company ran out of funds early on, he borrowed where needed and pushed the team to close big sales to keep the business running. Even when he faced limitations and legal actions with his workplace early on, he used it to get a place that helped him with a rapid expansion strategy.

Where will Dan go next?

As an entrepreneur with a growing social media presence, Dan is simply going to go bigger. That means he wants to not only expand throughout Australia where possible but also be able to share his successes with other like-minded entrepreneurs in the real estate business through the power of his social media platform. He believes that this style of storytelling is what the standard of real estate marketing and education will be and wants to get ahead by focusing on becoming a thought leader.

For those who want to reach out to Dan, feel free to check out his social media links above.

Learn to Deal with Your Unresolved Trauma to Manifest Your Best Life with Elisabeth Hoekstra

Life is never fair or easy, and it can be a struggle to see the light in those dark places, but entrepreneur Elisabeth Hoekstra learned to become that light for herself. Through the use of holistic remedies, biohacking, and other modalities Elisabeth pulled herself forward and made a name for herself as a successful businesswoman, and she wants to be able to do that for others in similar dark places.

Early in her life, Elisabeth experienced the trauma of adoption, followed by repeated sexual trauma. In the process of trying to escape the dark emotions she was experiencing, she turned to using drugs and alcohol to numb it, and partying to ignore it. This darkness continued throughout her teens and into her 20’s. While in this dark place, she worked as a model and actress in Hollywood keeping her addictions quiet. Keeping busy with movie and TV shows, music videos, and magazine shoots on top of her secret life led to an inevitable big clash with the law and a subsequent stint in jail.

Elisabeth’s time in jail taught her that this was not the life she wanted to continue living. It was when she found out she was pregnant that she had an epiphany: she needed to be her own light and manifest her own future. Once she found this out, she immediately got herself back into school. After getting a degree in baking and pastry from Schoolcraft College leading to a certification as a CWPC, a real estate license, and a certificate in cell biology focused on mitochondria from Harvard University, Elisabeth was on her way to that bright future.

In the time since mastering all of these incredible educational feats, she has achieved so much. She quickly became the president of the world’s first mental health gym, is a successful model, actress, and best-selling author, a massively successful real estate agent with a team of over 20 agents, and the creator and co-host of the hit podcast Bio-Hack Your Best life with Billy Carson. On top of all of this, she is now a mother to a little boy. Elisabeth fully realizes that she could never have gotten so far in her career and her life without having mastered her own trauma, growing, and moving past it, and she has now been drug and alcohol free for a long time and never intends to look back.

Her goals for the future are simple: share her story and her methods of moving past unresolved trauma to as many people as she can to create a better world for the future, not to mention helping to grow 4biddenknowledge Inc. as much as possible and adding a few more best-sellers to her list. Her biggest message to all is that “A traumatic start does not have to be a life sentence. You can get over anything and live your best life, manifesting whatever abundance you want every single day – once you deal with your unresolved trauma within your mind, body, and energy.”

Ayat Abuzande’s Fight Against the Afghan Humanitarian Crisis

The conflict in Afghanistan and the continual rise of the humanitarian crisis have resulted in more than 1 million displaced Afghans. Critical infrastructure like the electricity and water systems have been destroyed and extreme poverty and violence continue to rise.

Ayat Abuznade started Team Humanity USA in 2019. Team Humanity USA is a humanitarian organization that seeks to aid refugees around the globe and provide emergency crisis care to areas such as Afghanistan, Ukraine, Lebanon, and more.

In 2014, Ayat Abuznade volunteered at Zaatari Refugee Camp. It was there that she met a little 8-year-old boy named, Yaseen. Ayat noticed that part of his arm had been amputated. Yaseen had experienced something no child should have to experience—war.

Yaseen and his family were fleeing to a shelter when a missile struck nearby. The shrapnel from the missile shell tore up Yaseen’s arm. Unfortunately, Yaseen was just one of many children who suffered from a disability due to the war.

After Ayat’s experience in the refugee camp, her view of the world changed. She dedicated her life to serving refugees and others in desperate need.

In 2015, she volunteered in Lesvos, Greece to aid in the refugee crisis. There she learned the sad truth that there were only small groups of volunteers and organizations that lacked the needed resources to adequately aid the refugees.

Thousands of refugees were flowing in daily, and many were not fortunate enough to survive the journey. Horrified by the situation, she vowed to help bring hope and happiness back into the lives of those in desperate need.

Ayat learned that there will always be needs to be filled in the world; so, she decided to take things into her own hand. As a result, she created her own humanitarian organization—Team Humanity USA.

Team Humanity USA is currently serving in many different countries by providing desperate relief and even evacuations from areas such as Ukraine. As for Afghanistan, vital resources like food, water, and health care have been cut off as violence across Afghanistan continues to grow.

According to the United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR): “Nearly 23 million people, or more than half of Afghanistan’s population, suffer from acute hunger.”

Women and girls continue to be at high risk of violent attacks and their livelihoods destroyed. The UNHCR claims that: “80 percent of newly displaced Afghans are women and children.”

With over 24 million Afghans in need of humanitarian aid, the humanitarian crisis in Afghanistan is a big battle to fight. Yet, Ayat and her team are committed to providing aid to those in desperate situations.

Team Humanity USA’s mission in Afghanistan is primarily focused on evacuating vulnerable families and giving them needed aid. They also provide recovery assistance to help families get back on their feet.

Ayat’s philanthropist and humanitarian journey continues to expand across the globe and in the areas of most need. As an influencer, she inspires and equips others to help those in need.

Congress Asks Roger Goodell and Dan Snyder to Testify In Inquiry into Franchise Workplace Culture

The House Committee on Oversight and Reform has taken aim at the National Football League and Washington Commanders ownership over workplace culture at the organization.

Attorney Sam Dewey points out that the committee requested NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell and Commanders owner Daniel Snyder testify before them regarding accusations from female employees that team executives participated in “pervasive sexual harassment.”

Goodell appeared for testimony on June 22, but Snyder declined the invitation, saying he would be out of the country on business.

While Congress doesn’t hold a lot of direct power in affecting action in the case, members could ultimately influence NFL leadership to do something more than they’ve done so far.

Sam Dewey explains more below.

Why Congress Gets Involved

Some people may question why Congress gets involved in workplace culture accusations such as this, when they surely have much more important things on their plate. The simple response is because it is the duty of Congress, as the legislative branch, to pass laws that protect Americans.

If they believe a major organization is violating laws or doing something they shouldn’t be doing, they step in to try to force the issue. In the case with the Commanders, there have been accusations that the NFL was complicit in allowing the Washington organization to guide what was supposed to be an independent investigation into the allegations of workplace misconduct.

In getting involved, members of Congress are hoping to shine light on not only whether something illegal was done, but whether the NFL could’ve potentially violated anti-trust protections they get from the federal government.

What Congress Can Do

Ultimately, Congress has little power to do much about the situation with the Commanders and the NFL. The federal government does not own the NFL, which operates as a private organization with privately-owned franchises.

They can request officials with the NFL and teams testify before them at hearings, and they could try to compel that testimony if they have subpoena power. Even then, though, they can only refer individuals to the Department of Justice for criminal charges should they refuse to comply.

Knowing this, members of Congress often try to bring wider attention to situations they feel the public might not be aware of, in the hopes that NFL leadership — in this case — might take action. That really can only be done using the power of persuasion.

Members of the House Oversight Committee attempted to do that with Goodell, asking him when he testified whether he’d be “willing to do more” to ultimately punish Snyder. Michigan Democratic Representative Rashida Tlaib point blank asked Goodell whether he’d remove Snyder as owner of the Commanders.

But, Goodell’s response was direct and succinct: “I don’t have the authority to remove him, congresswoman,” he said.

An NFL owner can only be removed if 24 of the 32 owners in the league vote for that to happen. So, as Samuel Dewey highlights, Tlaib’s goal may have been to turn up the heat on Goodell, who does have the power to make an official recommendation that a vote to remove Snyder take place.

Miniature PCB Design Tips & Challenges

PCBs or printed circuit boards have applications in every electronic device in almost every industry. PCBs are thin boards with conductive pathways upon which resistors, connectors, capacitors, and other devices are mounted to communicate through the PCB.

The universality of electronic boards is impressive. Designing and manufacturing electronic boards falls under the specialty of electronic engineering. Technology is advancing at a rapid pace, and industries are finding new applications for a variety of electronic boards. The need for new electronic board designs increases daily.

In recent years, communication technologies have developed rapidly, leading to widespread mobile phone production and adoption. There’s an increased need to design PCBs that can accommodate small and high-performance components in a limited space. Wearable technology is another industry where the need for miniature boards is very high.

PCB manufacturers are navigating the challenges of designing and fabricating smaller boards while avoiding production issues like acid traps, the tombstone effect, and copper wicking. The production process of each electronic board has its complexities, and the companies that produce these boards face challenges in meeting the global market’s needs.

Manufacturing small electronic components isn’t easy, but the end goal is to help companies produce smaller products that are easier to use at a reduced cost. There are component and design limitations when trying to minimize PCB sizes further. For example, high-speed signal routing, acute trace angles, and other components need consideration when designing PCBs. Poor designs yield inefficiencies or early PCB failure.

This article looks at PCB Design tips and the methods for reducing the PCB size and the challenges facing electronic board manufacturers.

  1. Multi-Layer PCB designing

The design of multi-layer boards gives us more space in terms of routing. Increasing the layers increases the board’s surface space without increasing the board’s size. However, these boards add significant complexity in manufacturing, testing, and repair. Reworking circuits for a multi-layer design requires extensive testing of the prototype board.

Another advantage of multi-layer boards is the shorter design time when designing the same circuit in a single-layer or two-layer board.

Empty space on the Top and bottom layers usually filled with Ground polygons and Mid-layer 1 (the layer below top layer) is usually used for ground. Some of the critical signals also will be designed in mid-layers to be shielded by Ground and get less noise or have higher noise immunity.

Due to the higher cost of designing multi-layer boards, the final cost must be calculated before changing the board and considered in order to finally produce a suitable product.

  1. Copper thickness management

A thick stream of copper is usually used for high currents, but it takes up a lot of space on the board. Increasing the thickness of the copper is a great option to reduce the size of printed circuit boards effectively.

PCB copper usually falls between 0.5 oz to 4 oz per square foot. As the copper thickness increases, a higher current can pass through the circuit. But it’s important to note that higher oz PCB’s cannot accommodate low pitch pins and components.

  1. Select smaller component Package size

Selecting components for PCBs is one of the most critical parts of designing electronic boards. There are many component options on the market, so PCB designers can find the exact components to fit their board. For example, a resistor with the same characteristics may be offered in multiple sizes. Way more design configurations are possible for PCBs because of these options.

In most cases, choosing larger packages makes the job easier for the board manufacturer, but using smaller parts means a board can be smaller. Again remember that smaller board components add certain precision requirements and challenges to the design process.

component Package size

Another drawback of smaller components is the power rating limits. Packets smaller than 0603 (numerical code for component sizes) can withstand much less current than 0805 or 1210, so designers must consider this.

  1. Use the new generation of compact connectors

Connectors usually take up a lot of space on the board. If the current and voltage required in the design can allow the use of a new generation of connectors, this is a preferred design choice. These connectors are more compact and can help miniaturize the board.

  1. Use of resistance networks

In the microcontroller-based design, resistors are placed in the circuit to protect the microcontroller against the high current. In some cases, up to 16 resistors. This large number of resistors takes up a lot of space on the board. Resistance networks are recommended to reduce the number of resistors and allow the board to be smaller.

  1. Using Stacked Packages Instead of Standard Packages

Electronic circuits may require multiple transistors or, in some cases, more than two MOSFETs, which will take up more space. There are different package options in which several components are placed in one package and are equal in size to one component. Using stacked packages is also more cost-effective compared to using separate components.

Wrapping up PCB Design Challenges

PCB design and manufacturing electronic boards is one of the most critical processes for many industries. In recent years, technology has advanced rapidly, especially in the smartphone, wearable technology, and medical industries. Companies desire to produce smaller products, and tiny gadgets require tiny components. In response, electronic components have been minimized to aid in designing and manufacturing miniature boards.

Miniature boards present new challenges during design and fabrication. Due to the small size of the boards and the difficulty of changing or repairing them, the design and component selection is critical. All stages of production are done to high precision, backed up by engineering calculations so that the performance of the electronic circuit is maximized.

Eugenio Pallisco Shares Simple Ways to Be More Consistent With Your Exercise Routine

While many people have an idea of what they’d like their exercise routine to look like, following through can be tough. It’s easy to find excuses and ways to put off the demanding work required. Even when well-meaning individuals push themselves to start, it’s often not long before they fall back into old habits. Luckily, personal trainers like Eugenio Pallisco have discovered simple yet effective ways to become more consistent with an exercise routine.

Apply Pallisco’s tips and tricks consistently, and you’ll be well on your way to achieving your fitness goals.

Set a Variable Schedule

Now that you have a weekly workout routine, it’s important to keep things fresh. If you do the same thing every day and then get sick of it, your motivation will plummet faster than a bowling ball dropped from the top of Mount Everest. To avoid this fate, set up a variable schedule that includes different workouts each week or month. Don’t be afraid to mix things up.

For example, you could prioritize cardio during the week by running or participating in a group sport and lifting weights on the weekends. The possibilities are endless. Even if you run most days, change where you run for added variety: run in your neighborhood, in a local park, or on a track at a school.

Nobody likes doing the same exercise routine day after day, so why not try something new? It’ll give you something else to look forward to instead of getting bored. Plus, you can find tons of YouTube videos with various workouts. Try doing a different exercise each day in front of your television screen. You can’t beat that for convenience, and it’s free.

Make It a Habit

It would help if you made exercise a priority, so it’s not something you have to force yourself to do. Instead, think about how you can integrate it into your daily routine. You take the dog for a walk every day at 5:30 a.m. and ensure you get in a workout before grabbing your morning coffee. Or maybe your walking commute takes 30 minutes each way from home and work. If you run on the treadmill while listening to music or audiobooks, this becomes an easy way to fit exercise into your schedule. Exercise time becomes learning time, too. The key is to incorporate it into your schedule and daily life.

Create an Environment of Accountability

Eugenio Pallisco’s Pro Fitness Tip: Consider wearing a fitness tracker.

These handy devices track all sorts of data, like the steps you take and calories burned. Some even have GPS capabilities that allow you to map out your routes in the app so that it can suggest suitable alternate ways for the next time when you’re finished. The more accurate information you have, the more you can fine-tune your workout, the more motivated you’ll be, and the better results you’ll get.

Find Your Why

One of the most important things you can do to make your exercise routine stick is to find a reason for doing it. This could mean something as simple as not wanting to gain weight or get winded or something more complex like becoming healthier so you can be an example for your children. Whatever the reasons, write them down and keep them visible. When times are tough and exercising seems impossible, you’ll look at this list and be reminded why staying motivated is essential.

Exercise is Medicine for Your Body and Mind

Knowing the benefits of exercise and reminding yourself of those also will help you be more consistent with working out. Some of the best benefits are those you feel immediately, such as increased energy, a better mood, and improved sleep. As you exercise, you’ll also notice your mind and spirit improving; those benefits are just as significant as the physical ones. There’s also evidence that exercise improves focus, creativity, and memory. Think how helpful it would be to get these added rewards.

There are many reasons to have a fit, healthy body; physical attractiveness is only one. Other reasons include living longer with greater vitality than ever, having better relationships with friends/family members due to increased self-confidence, feeling happier, and more.

Accommodate Your Schedule but Be Flexible

Flexibility is the key to being more effective with your exercise routine. If you know that you must be home by 10 p.m. on certain nights, don’t schedule an 8 p.m. workout class. It’s important to accommodate your schedule and make it work for you.

If possible, exercise should be a habit that is part of your daily life, not something that sits on the fringes or gets crammed in between other activities. But if that’s the only way you can get a workout, so be it! The key is to do it.

Tap Into the Power of Human Accountability, Too

Accountability is also crucial for consistency. Beyond fitness trackers, it’s important to have human accountability as well. Let others know about your fitness goals. Participate in forums and Facebook groups where people post their exercise goals and follow their progress. Share your own objectives, frustrations, and triumphs, and stay connected with other people with similar goals. When you want to give up, look to those people for support.

If possible, find a friend or workout buddy who can accompany you on your journey. While some might prefer to exercise alone, having at least one person hold you accountable for your actions and help you stick with the program is essential.

Pallisco’s Final Thoughts

Now you know how to be more consistent with your exercise routine. Working out can become a chore, but it doesn’t have to be that way. It doesn’t even have to be boring. Keeping things flexible and making exercise part of your life can ensure you always stay on track. Make physical fitness part of your life!
